Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order or your order has been damaged during shipping,please email our Customer Service Representatives at: customerservice@treasureddesigns.com or call us at our toll free number: 1-888-275-4466.Our customer service department will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please note that we are not open on weekends, but you may leave a message. We will respond immediately the following Monday. If an item is damaged upon receipt, please keep it in it's original box, if possible. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax,in the original method of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part or your item was received damaged. Customers are otherwise responsible for the return postage.

Credit Card Processing Credit cards are not processed through an on line merchant account. Treasured Designs personally handles all credit card transactions and processes credit cards through an off line Merchant account. YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT BILLED UNTIL YOUR ORDER SHIPS. You will also receive a copy of the credit card transaction with your order. The copy that is sent with your order is your customer copy. Absolutely no credit card info is posted on your receipt or anywhere in your order. This is an added security measure that has been taken to insure that our customers have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience with Treasured Designs.

Volume Ordering: Volume Ordering This is a method of ordering for our customers who are ordering large quantities of one or more items. Orders must total $400.00 or more. Price discounts are given on these orders.
Out Of Stock Items Occasionally, a popular item may be out of stock. You will be emailed if an item is out of stock with the approximate in stock date. We will be more than happy to back order the item for you. You may, of course, cancel the out of stock item if you do not wish to wait for it to become available. If your order contains several items, we will immediately ship the in-stock items and your back ordered item will be shipped when it becomes available. No additional shipping charges will be billed to your credit card for the out of stock item. Your credit card will not be billed for the out of stock item until the item ships.
Gift Wrapping We will handsomely package your gifts for only $2.95 per item, plus we will enclose a short handwritten gift card with the order. Please use the message section on the order form for your gift message. Please also note the occasion so we can appropriately wrap it for you Gift messages are only included for items being gift wrapped.
