A volume order is an order for $400.00 or more. In many cases, Treasured Designs can give

2. Dates when the items need to arrive

Does Treasured Designs' Check Inventory Before Supplying A Price Quote?
Inventory will be checked at the time a Price Quote is requested. Inventory is subject to change.
How long Is A Price Quote Valid?
Price quotes are valid for 5 business days This amount of time better insures that we will still
have your item (items) in stock at the quantity requested.
What Payment Options Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept money orders
and checks. Please note that your order will not ship until your check clears our bank.
Is A Volume Order Returnable?
No, volume orders are non-returnable. All orders are insured in case of breakage. If any
breakage occurs during shipping, you will have 48 hours after receipt of your order to report it to
our Customer Service Dept.
How Do I Place My Order After Accepting My Quote?
Volume orders are handled separately from our online orders due to the discounts and

How Are Shipping Charges Determined?
We handle our volume orders outside of our regular system to facilitate the processing and
delivery of these large orders. The shipping cost are determined by the weight of the order and
the delivery location. Your order will be shipped by the most economical means available as we
compare the rates with all of our carriers for every shipment. We do not charge any handling
charges. Your shipping cost will be included in your quote for your approval.
How Much Does It Cost To Ship A Volume Order Internationally?
As with US shipments, charges are based on weight and destination. Please provide a full ship
to address and postal code when inquiring about an International shipment.
What Time Does My Order Have To Be Received To Begin Processing The Same Day?
We process all orders received by 12:00PM EST the same day. Processing and shipping
normally takes 48 hours from the time your order is received.
